Abstract
Tujuan penulisan laporan akhir ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah Aplikasi Pencatatan Timesheet Unit Sewa Pada PT Batubara Mandiri yang meliputi pengelolaan data harga BBM, data unit alat berat, data unit dumptruck, data timesheet unit, data timesheet dumptruck, resume timesheet unit, resume timesheet dumptruck, dan summary cost operational. Aplikasi ini memiliki lima beberapa halaman tampilan diantara nya tampilan halaman login, tampilan dashboard Admin SPV, tampilan dashboard Admin BSL, tampilan dashboard Admin STS, tampilan dashboard Direktur Operasional, tampilan menu tambah data user, tampilan kelola data harga BBM, kelola data unit alat berat atau excavator, kelola data unit dumptruck, kelola data timesheet unit alat berat dan dumptruck lokasi produksi BSL-Rawas dan STS-Bailangu. Rancangan sistem informasi ini akan menghasilkan output berupa Export data timesheet unit alat berat dan dumptruck. Dengan dibuatnya perancangan sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu mempermudah proses pencatatan timesheet unit sewa pada PT Batubara Mandiri sehingga dapat memberikan sebuah informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat.
