Abstract

Radio frequency technology is one of transmission medium that is used in the telecommunication world. Radio communication used radio signal to deliver information in the long away. Radio signal is high frequency signal or radio frequency signal (RF). The instrument that is made is sound tapper. It is used as proof of the conversation. This instrument used analog modulation as frequency modulation (FM) with very high frequency (VHF) 175 MHz as the information medium. The type of modulation is known to be resistant modulation noise that can cause damage the information signal. Sound tapper consisted of two parts. There are transmitter and receiver. The parts of transmitter are microphone, microphone amplifier, mixer, local oscillator, buffer, RF amplifier, transmitter antenna and the parts of receiver are receiver antenna, tuner, IF amplifier, detector, AF amplifier and loudspeaker.
