Abstract

The controller circuit Automatic Visibility on Television is a tool used to help maintain eye health by controlling visibility eye towards television. This tool is a modification of the previous title was created in 2008 with a similar concept. However, this tool uses a voice output for early warning when viewing at a distance that is not appropriate or too close, As for the three circumstances that occur are at a distance of 178 cm television under normal circumstances if the distance is more than 150 less than 177 then the TV will sound as a warning and at a distance of less than 149 and more than one then the TV will automatically turn off and turn back on when has returned to a safe distance. By the time we watch television using LCD to show the distance by the time we watch the television. The workings of this tool using the ATMega16 microcontroller ultrasonic proximity sensor Ping command that serves as a sensor of an object to release the ultrasonic waves into the air. If there is an object in the distance transmit ultrasonic waves are governed by the microcontroller, the ultrasonic waves will provide feedback in the form of the reflected wave will be interpreted by the microcontroller ATmega16 as input so activates the output relay driver to press the keypad on the MP3 player and the sound produced from the speakers.
