Abstract

The sensor is a tool to detect or measure something, which is used to change a variety of mechanical, magnetic, heat, light, and chemical into voltage and electrical current. And the colour sensor is a device used to detect the presence of a colour on a background and converted to voltage and amperage. The colour sensor is used for robot competition, in this competition the robot must be required to recognize the dance zone. This Final Report describes the working principle of the sensor circuit colour applied to control a humanoid robot dance. The working principle is when a photodiode receiving light refraction so large that the resistance will be released by komperator output is 0, and at the time of the photodiode does not receive light then the resistance will be small so that the photodiode into a voltage source and the output is released by komperator 1. From the of measurement results, it can work well. Keyword: Humanoid, Colour Sensor
