Abstract

The final report aims to know how to design a video of Sentral Kampung Pempek as one of culinary tourism destination in Palembang. The writer used Research and Development (R&D) method modified by Sukmadinata. This method consists of three steps, they are (1) Preliminary Study, (2) Model Development, (3) Final Product Testing. The video can be used as a medium to promote sentral kampung pempek as one of culinary tourism destinations. The video can be used as a guideline for tourists to find the information about Sentral Kampung Pempek. This video consists of the location of Sentral Kampung Pempek, the environment of Sentral Kampung Pempek, the kinds of food that were sold in Sentral Kampung Pempek and the range of prices of the foods.
