In thecurrentera of globalization is the rapid growth of a region. Need forthe role of government and private sector to build infrastructure in order to accelerate the development of an area.With the rapid development of a region would have also increased the density of population. Government would have to plan and construct facilities and infrastructure to serve the needs of the public. View of this, cooperation PT. Tunas Auto Graha get work to the Planning of Building A Tunas Auto Graha Prabumulih. On this structure building us in gconcrete materials and the use of pile foundation. The structure is based on SNI 03-1729-2002 as the basic rules and other books related tothe structural design of reinforced concrete. Of the Public Works Office Building is planning to use pile foundation uk.50x50cm with a depth of12,6 m, the dimensions of 40 x 40 columns and the use of reinforcement diameter 22 mm, the dimensions of 30 x 50beam and the use of reinforcement diameter19 mm,the dimensions of 30 x 50 beam and the useof reinforcement diameter 22 mm, the dimensions of 30 x 60 Large beam and the use of reinforcement diameter 28 mm, the dimensions of 30 x 60 Sloof and the use of reinforcement diameter 22 mm, floor plate is 120mm. Based on the calculations can be concluded that this structure is stable and safe.
