Abstract
ABSTRACT This final report entitled "Drainage Channel Planning Residential Graha Bukit Rafflesia Palembang". In this report the problems to come is how the author can specify the dimensions of the channel and project management of the building. The purpose of this plan is for building drainage can function properly and in accordance with whatisdesired. In doing this planning, the methods or formulas used is the formula used in calculating the maximum daily rainfall, rainfall intensity for five years when repeated, and other methods that can support the planning of the channel. Based on the calculations concluded that the plan drainanse channel, which carried out the initial stage is to calculate rainfall and rainfall intensity with time over the week, followed by calculating the discharge of rainfall and discharge of domestic waste water, then calculate and determine the type of drainage channels. Costs required to construct the drainage channel is set at Rp.2.419.348.000,00,-Long will it take to build a drainage channel is 84 working days.
