This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of B2B e-Business adoption in SME growth during the pandemic on the benefits of B2B e-Business, technology readiness and the ability of IT from the owners of SMEs. This research is about discovering factors that influence Indonesian in adopting B2B e-Business towards SME growth. This research also aims to find out what SME agents know about B2B e-Business and their opinions about the usage of B2B e-Business in their daily business operation also, how much SME agents know about the adoption of B2B e-Business, and if they have already applied the method of e-Business to their SME. The sample collected was 130 respondents by distributed online questionnaires in Indonesia using the Google Form application. The questionnaire is divided into three parts, namely the demographic section consisting of questions related to gender, age, educational qualifications and current position in SME, and the second part questions related to the type of SMEs industry, number of SMEs employees, yearly revenue and the third part questions related to e-Business adoption, perceived benefits, technology readiness and owner IT ability. Data collection was determined through purposive sampling. Descriptive tests, correlation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple regression tests using SPSS 26 are the techniques used in this study to conclude. The results of this study are (1) perceived benefits have a positive effect on SME growth, (2) technology readiness has a positive effect on SME growth, and (3) owners IT ability has a positive effect on SME growth. This research also monitors how the perceived benefits and owners technology readiness and ability affect in their SMEs growth and examine the relationship that can affect SME growth among SME owners in Indonesia.
