Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze how Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), partially and simultaneously, effect on stock returns. The variables used in this study are the Current Ratio (X1) and Return on Assets (X2) as independent variables, and stock returns (Y) as dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative associative. The data used in this study is cross section, that are ratios from a single period taken from annual reports of 42 Property and Real Estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) year 2012. The data collection method is documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that, simultaneously and partially, Current Ratio (CR) and Return on Assets (ROA) had no significant effect on stock returns.
