Abstract

The final report entitled "Feasibility Study of The Elephant Training Camp as a Tourism Destination in Lahat South Sumatera Based on ADO-ODTWA Dirjen PHKA 2003”. The purpose of this final report is to known the feasibility elements of tourism of The Elephant Training Camp. The methodology used in this report is qualitative method and the data were collected by using observation and interview. The observation was conducted by using elements of tourism based on ADO-ODTWA Dirjen PHKA 2003. The result shows that the Elephant Training Camp has fulfilled elements of tourism to be a tourism destination in Lahat South Sumatera, such as attractions, facilities and infrastructure, accessibility, and accommodation. The results of the feasibility assessment of tourism elements at the Elephant Training Camp show that elements of attractions and accessibility are declared feasible, facilities and infrastructure are declared to be less feasible and accommodation is declared not feasible.
