Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PDAM Tirta Betuah Kabupaten Banyuasin. Laporan ini ditulis dengan menggunakan beberapa metode pengumpulan data sperti riset lapangan, wawancara, penyebaran koesioner, dan riset kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Slovin. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi keandalan (X2), dimensi ketanggapan (X3), dan dimensi empati (X5) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan dimensi bukti fisik (X1), dan dimensi jaminan (X4) tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan sedangkan untuk nilai koefisien determinasi R² yang terletak pada kolom Adjusted R Square sebesar 21.3 persen yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebesar 21,3 persen dan sisanya 78,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak di uji. Oleh karena itu, penulis menyarankan pada bagian hubungan pelanggan PDAM Tirta Betuah Kabupaten Banyuasin agar dapat mempertahankan dimensi-dimensi pelayanan yang sudah berpengaruh positif serta meningkatkan lagi dimensi-dimensi yang belum berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PDAM Tirta Betuah Kabupaten Banyuasin.
