Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memberi dampak signifikan pada industri, termasuk produksi pupuk. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kinerja mesin pabrik guna kelancaran produksi. Solusi diperlukan untuk mengatasi kerusakan mesin pabrik yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan solusi dengan menggabungkan algoritma K-Means Clustering dan aplikasi manajerial berbasis web mobile . Algoritma K-Means digunakan untuk mengelompokkan mesin berdasarkan tingkat prioritas perbaikan. Data kerusakan dan jenis mesin menjadi input utama. Proses dimulai dengan menerapkan algoritma K-Means pada data kerusakan. Hasilnya mengelompokkan mesin dengan kerusakan yang serupa. Sistem menghasilkan skala prioritas perbaikan untuk setiap kelompok. Aplikasi manajerial web mobile memberikan antarmuka bagi teknisi melaporkan kerusakan dan memantau status perbaikan. Integrasi K-Means Clustering dan aplikasi manajerial diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi perbaikan mesin. Aplikasi ini mempercepat pelaporan kerusakan dan membantu manajemen menentukan prioritas perbaikan. Dalam hal ini cluster yang digunakan yaitu 3 cluster, cluster 1 high , cluster 2 medium , cluster 3 low.
