Abstract
Pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, terdapat proses pendataan barang inventaris. Bagian penyusun inventaris mencatat barang dalam buku catatan, lalu memasukkannya ke file Excel yang disimpan di komputer mereka. Jika ada perbaikan data, petugas mengubahnya. Jika ada pihak lain yang butuh data inventaris, harus minta ke petugas. Tapi, proses perbaruan data kurang cepat karena mencatat ulang dan mencari file di komputer petugas. Untuk mempermudah akses data inventaris, diusulkan membuat aplikasi online. Aplikasi ini harus dipelihara secara berkelanjutan untuk keamanan data. Serta aplikasi ini dibuat dengan tahapan perancangan sistem yaitu diagram- diagram UML seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta MySQL sebagai databasenya.
