Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan Kedeputian Wilayah III yang menjadi perhatian penulis saat ini yaitu sistem permohonan cuti pegawai honorer di BPJS Kesehatan Kedeputian Wilayah III masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu dengan mengantar surat cuti kepada Asisten Deputi SDM, Umum dan Komunikasi, kemudian diserahkan kepada Perisai Bintang Sakti selaku pimpinan dari vendor, dan surat cuti akan diantar kepada Kepala Pimpinan atau PIC BPJS Kesehatan. Sistem ini kurang efektif karena kuota cuti masih dihitung secara manual sehingga memakan waktu yang cukup banyak dan juga rekap data cuti akan mudah hilang disebabkan permohonan cuti yang masih menggunakan kertas dan proses pengecekan data cuti tidak bisa dicek secara real-time oleh pimpinan. Maka dari itu, kami membuat sebuah sistem untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan pendataan permohonan cuti terhadap pegawai yang diharapkan mampu mempermudah sistem permohonan cuti menjadi lebih efisien. Proses yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi ini menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP Native dan database MySQL. Apliksi ini memiliki hak akses dari berbagai tipe user/pengguna/ terdapat 4 (empat) tipe user pengguna yang dapat mengakses aplikasi ini, diantaranya admin, pegawai, PBS, dan Kepala pimpinan. Aplikasi ini menghasilkan output berupa Surat cuti berbentuk PDF yang bisa didownload atau dicetak oleh pegawai.
