Abstract
CV Jawi Indah (Pondok Jawi) adalah salah satu industri makanan dan minuman yang berada di Kabupaten Lahat yang meyuplai makanan dan minuman di beberapa tambang batu bara besar di Kabupaten Lahat. CV Jawi Indah mempunyai prosedur Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dengan perusahaan yang bekerjasama, dimana pendataan K3 ini masih dilakukan secara menual dengan mengisi form yang diberika, lalu dikumpulkan kembali kepada perusahaan yang bekerjasama. Hal ini tentu memakan waktu dan biaya. Untuk mempermudah sistem pendataan K3 ini, diusulkan membuat aplikasi online. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan tahapan perancangan sistem yaitu diagram-diagram UML seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta MySQL sebagai databasenya.
