Abstract
Tujuan penulisan laporan akhir ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak dan keberhasilan aplikasi ini dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses pengangkutan dan distribusi Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) di PT Buana Energi Sriwijaya Palembang. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain aplikasi ini adalah membuat rancangan dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Languange (UML) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) serta sistem database MySQL. Dalam pengaksesannya, terdapat 3 (tiga) tipe pengguna yang dapat mengakses aplikasi ini yaitu Admin, Direktur dan Pelanggan. Setiap user memiliki akses yang berbeda, Admin mendapatkan hak akses untuk mengelola dan dapat menambahkan data sopir, data mobil, data perusahaan, data lokasi tujuan, data perusahaan. Direktur mendapatkan hak akses untuk menginput dan mengelola data pegawai, data perusahaan, Pelanggan mendapatkan hak akses untuk mengelola dan dapat menambahkan data sales order, dan data perjalanan.
