Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah Implementasi Dispensasi Pemakaian Jalan Kabupaten Secara Online pada Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Muara Enim mempermudah proses permohonan izin dispensasi agar menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan ini adalah menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain sistem ini adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman framework PHP yaitu Laravel serta database MySQL. Sistem ini terbagi menjadi empat bagian yaitu halaman Admin, halaman User (Pemohon), halaman Kepala Dinas, dan halaman Kepala Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat semua proses izin dispensasi jalan kabupaten pada Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Muara Enim. Serta bisa membantu para pemohon melacak formulir yang sudah diajukan untuk mengetahui proses izinnya sudah sampai di tahap apa.
