Abstract
Sistem Deteksi Nomor Plat Mobil yang Masuk Daftar Hitam adalah sistem inovatif yang mengotomatiskan deteksi dan identifikasi kendaraan yang memiliki nomor plat yang masuk daftar hitam. Sistem ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeteksi pelat kendaraan yang masuk daftar hitam secara real-time menggunakan algoritma, pendekatan pembelajaran mesin, dan perangkat keras. Teknik OCR digunakan untuk mengubah informasi visual menjadi teks yang dapat dibaca mesin untuk mendeteksi nomor plat. Hasil deteksi tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan database blacklist yang ada saat ini. Jika nomor plat yang dikumpulkan sesuai dengan yang ada di daftar hitam, maka sistem akan segera memberikan peringatan kepada petugas tol dengan membunyikan peringatan, dan gerbang tol tidak akan terbuka. Teknologi ini memiliki banyak keuntungan karena mengurangi tenaga kerja manusia secara signifikan untuk mengurangi kesalahan manusia dan meningkatkan kinerja dan efisiensi sistem operasional.
