Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi dalam bentuk website yang dibangun untuk membantu staff dalam proses pendataan pada pengelompokan daerah perkebunan berdasarkan jenis pupuk sawit yang digunakan pada PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk Sumatera Selatan. Pada penelitian yang penulis lakukan yaitu menggunakan metode Fuzzy C-Means serta metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Pada metode Fuzzy C-Means didefinisikan sebagai teknik clustering data, dimana perhitungan dilakukan untuk menghitung jumlah pupuk sawit yang digunakan setiap bulannya berdasarkan cluster, sehingga dapat diketahui pada bulan berapa penggunaan pupuk sawit yang paling banyak, cukup banyak dan yang sedikit digunakan pada PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk Sumatera Selatan. Serta aplikasi ini mengadopsi data dalam penggunaan pupuk sawit setiap bulannya yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi ini sama dengan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel pada PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk Sumatera Selatan. Input berupa data hasil pemupukan setiap bulan. Data tersebut diinputkan ke menu jumlah pupuk, kemudian data diproses menggunakan metode Fuzzy C-Means. Lalu outputnya akan tampil pada fitur laporan jumlah pupuk. Aplikasi ini juga lebih berfokus pada pengembangan model dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD).
