Abstract
Tujuan penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem presensi dengan teknologi realtime untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan kehadiran di jurusan manajemen informatika politeknik negeri sriwijaya yang meliputi presensi mahasiswa, kelola jadwal kuliah, cetak laporan presensi kehadiran yang dimaksud untuk mempermudah mahasiswa dalam melakukan presensi yang dimana sebelumnya belum terkomputerisasi dengan baik serta mempermudah admin jurusan dalam melakukan pengelolaan kehadiran mahasiswa. Adapun proses yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem ini adalah membuat perancangan dengan Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram Level 1, Flowchart, Block Chart, Entity Realtionship Diagram dan Kamus Data. Sistem ini memiliki 4 (tiga) tipe pengguna diantaranya admin, dosen, pimpinan dan mahasiswa dimana keempatnya memiliki hak akses masing-masing seperti salah satu contohnya Admin dapat mengelola akun pengguna, data mahasiswa, data dosen, data pimpinan, jadwal kuliah, mata kuliah, dan verifikasi kehadiran. Dengan adanya sistem presensi dengan teknologi realtime ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja admin dalam mengelola kehadiran mahasiswa serta meningkatkan efektivitas kerja admin jurusan manajemen informatika dengan output berupa laporan data presensi.
