Abstract

Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Ibu Hamil pada RSUD BARI Palembang yang dimaksudkan untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam mendiagnosa penyakit pada ibu hamil yang bisa diakses dimana saja tanpa kehadiran seorang pakar. Metode pemecahan masalah yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah metode Certainty Factor merupakan salah satu metode untuk mengukur tingkat keyakinan berdasarkan data-data gejala pada penyakit ibu hamil. Sedangkan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) digunakan sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain aplikasi ini adalah membuat rancangan dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang terdiri dari Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari beberapa form yang terbagi menjadi 3 tampilan, yaitu tampilan admin, tampilan pasien, tampilan bagian pakar. Penelitian menghasilkan output berupa hasil diagnosa penyakit ibu hamil dengan persentase nilai yang telah sesuai dan solusi dari penyakit yang didiagnosa pada ibu hamil. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu ibu hamil dalam mengetahui penyakit pada ibu hamil.
