Abstract
Badan Narkotika Nasional adalah sebuah Lembaga Negara Non Kementerian Indonesia yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan tugas negara di bidang pencegahan, penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap psikotropika, prekursor, dan bahan adiktif lainnya. di BNN Provinsi Sematera Selatan sendiri terdapat kendala tentang jasa permintaan penyuluhan narkoba dan tes urine yang mana masih dilakukan secara manual. Karna banyaknya surat permintaan jasa penyuluhan narkoba dan tes urine yang masuk di BNNP sumsel ini maka sering menghambat proses penyuluhan dan tes urine. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi Penyuluhan narkoba dan tes urine dengan menggunakan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan extreme programming. Diharapkan agar pihak BNN Provinsi Sumatera selatan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat melalui sebuah aplikasi. Penerapan metode customer relationship management (CRM) tersebut diharapkan dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk memaksimalkan hubungan masyarakat dengan bidang Pencegahan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di BNN Provinsi sumatera selatan dan penerapan extreme programming ini juga dapat membantu pihak BNN Provinsi sumatera selatan agar aplikasi yang dibuat dapat berjalan sesuai fungsinya dan mengembangkan aplikasi tersebut seiring berjalannya waktu.
