Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah Aplikasi Data Hasil Pemeriksaan Pasien pada Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kayuagung OKI Menggunakan Framework Codeigniter. Metode yang digunakan untuk penulisan laporan ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis Waterfall. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain sistem ini adalah membuat perancangan dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta Database MySQL. Aplikasi ini berisi menu Data Registrasi, Jenis Pemeriksaan, Data Pasien, Detail Pemeriksaan, Validasi, Cetak Laporan, dan Cetak Hasil Lab. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah Staff Bagian Laboratorium RSUD Kayuagung dalam proses pemeriksaan dan pengolahan data hasil laboratorium.
