Abstract
Bongkar muat merupakan kegiatan memuat ataupun membongkar suatu muatan dari dermaga, tongkang, truk ke dermaga atau ke atas kapal. Dengan menggunakan crane mengangkut barang, derek, konveyor, excavator dan katrol. Aplikasi pembayaran jasa bongkar muat kapal kargo ini digunakan untuk mempermudah proses pencatatan pembayaran jasa bongkar muat kapal kargo selama kegiatan di divisi keuangan PT Mandiri Indonesia Agam. Perhitungan pembayaran jasa dilakukan secara manual, menggunakan exel untuk pencatatan pembayaran jasa. Maka dalam penelitian ini akan dibangun sebuah Aplikasi untukPembayaran Jasa, dengan menggunakan pemrograman web yang akan membantu dalam proses pengolahan data secara tersistem. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Berdasarkan konsep dan perancangan, dapat disimpulkan telah dibangun “Aplikasi Manajemen Data Bongkar Muat Kapal Kargo pada PT Mandiri Indonesia Agam Berbasis Web Mobile menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Mamdani” untuk membantu Staff Divisi Keuangan.
