Abstract
Dalam era modern yang dipenuhi kemajuan teknologi dan konektivitas digital, sektor usaha mengalami perubahan signifikan. Dalam konteks industri, transportasi memiliki peran utama dalam menjalankan sistem logistik perusahaan. Proses pengiriman barang memainkan peran penting dalam menghubungkan asal dan tujuan barang. Khususnya di PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya, peran supir truk dalam menghantarkan barang dengan aman dan tepat waktu menjadi kunci dalam pengiriman barang. Sistem pelacakan barang juga menjadi penting dalam memastikan kualitas dan transparansi pengiriman. Namun, kendala masih ditemui dalam pengelolaan kapasitas dan distribusi barang, terutama saat lonjakan pengiriman seperti saat hari raya. Overload pengiriman dan kendala pemantauan status pengiriman menjadi perhatian utama. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penggunaan teknologi tracking menjadi solusi yang potensial. Dengan memprediksi pengiriman yang masuk, perusahaan dapat menghindari situasi overload dan meningkatkan pengaturan distribusi. Dalam konteks ini, penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi live tracking truk berbasis Android yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengiriman dan pemantauan secara realtime. Dengan aplikasi ini, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan rute pengiriman dan menghindari hambatan yang menghambat efisiensi. Pada aplikasi ini terdapat 4 entitas yang terlibat, yaitu admin, user pengirim, user karyawan, dan user supir. Admin bertugas untuk melakukan validasi status pengiriman dan menginput data user dan data barang, user pengirim bertugas untuk melakukan input data pengiriman barang, user karyawan bertugas untuk memvalidasi status barang diterima melalui scan barcode, dan user supir bertugas untuk memberikan data tracking secara realtime. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman dart dan menggunakan framework flutter serta menggunakan database firebase google cloud dan MySQL.
