Abstract
Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan aplikasi persediaan barang berbasis website dengan metode Weighted Moving Average (WMA) di PT Trisakti Otto Pratama, fokus pada penjualan sparepart kendaraan roda dua di Palembang. Tujuannya meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi perhitungan persediaan, serta memberikan perkiraan lebih andal terhadap pengeluaran barang di masa depan. Aplikasi ini menggunakan data historis penjualan dan persediaan sebagai input, menerapkan metode WMA dengan bobot yang lebih besar pada data terbaru untuk menghasilkan perkiraan yang lebih responsif terhadap perubahan tren. Outputnya adalah estimasi akurat kebutuhan persediaan di periode berikutnya, membantu perusahaan menghindari masalah kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Diharapkan, implementasi aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan persediaan, efisiensi operasional, dan responsivitas terhadap perubahan pasar bagi PT Trisakti Otto Pratama.
