Abstract
The title of this final report is "Security System of Motor Vehicle Using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and SMS Gateway". The purpose of this final report is the creation of a tool whom function as a security of motor vehicle. Based Microcontroller ATMega16 as the controller all of the system, which gets input from Tag ID and RFID Reader as user ID to identification of vehicles that will be recognized by the microcontroller. If RFID Reader don’t match to this Tag ID and allows the vehicles is burglarized by breaking the circuit wires are connected to the starter motor, the alarm will sound and the modem will send a message to the user that the vehicle in a dangerous situation with a SMS notifications. Authors can conclude that with the security system of motor vehicle using RFID can minimize crime of motor vehicle theft. Advices from the author, so that in the future these tools can more better.
