Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah Aplikasi Persediaan Teh Pada Pabrik Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagar Alam, yang mana Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada pegawai yang bekerja di Pabrik Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagar Alam. Metode yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan ini adalah menggunakan metode waterfall. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain sistem ini adalah Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter serta database MySQL. Aplikasi ini memiliki tiga entitas yaitu admin, staff, dan manajer. Admin dapat menginput user, data teh, dan mengkonfirmasi permintaan dari pabrik, staff dapat menginput permintaan teh dan manajer dapat mencetak laporan.
