Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi pendataan inventaris dan jadwal pemeriksaan alat medis yang meliputi pendataan dan jadwal pemeriksaan pada inventaris alat medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Sriwijaya Palembang. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfalls. Adapun proses yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi berbasis website ini adalah membuat perancangan dengan Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram Level 1, Flowchart, Blockchart, Entity Realtionship Diagram dan Kamus Data. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Framework Laravel) dan basis data MySQL. Sistem ini memliki tiga tipe pengguna diantaranya Admin, Staff dan Direktur dimana ketiganya memiliki hak akses masing-masing. Dengan adanya perancangan ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan Kinerja Rumah Sakit Umum Sriwijaya Palembang terutama pada Divisi Rumah Tangga serta meningkatkan efektivitas kerja Rumah Sakit Umum Sriwijaya Palembang.
