Abstract

Tujuan penulisan laporan akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi Data Stok Obat Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) dan Non BPJS Berbasis Website, dimana pengolahan data stok obat Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) dan Non BPJS Berbasis di klinik raniza Prabumulih memiliki kendala-kendala dalam sistem pencatatan data stok obat Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) dan Non BPJS Berbasis dan pembuatan laporan stok obat Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) dan Non BPJS yang membuat kinerja menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Contoh obat Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) yang ada pada klinik raniza Prabumulih yaitu Amoxicilin, Asonten, Amlodipin, Ambroxol, Asam Tranex, Betahistine, Colortusin dan lain-lain. Pencatatan data stok obat Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) dan Non BPJS tersebut pada klinik raniza Prabumulih masih dilakukan secara manual dengan pembukuan yang mempunyai beberapa kelemahan yang dapat menghambat untuk mendapatkan informasi secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Kelemahan tersebut antara lain yaitu kesulitan dalam mendeteksi kesalahan pada data yang di catat, kesulitan dalam mencari data secara keseluruhan, atau data tidak tergabung sehingga tampilan dari data tersebut terlalu rumit dan tidak efisien. Aplikasi Data Data Stok Obat Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) dan Non BPJS Berbasis Website ini memiliki 3 user yaitu admin, apoteker dan pimpinan yang bisa melakukan proses pengelolaan data stok obat Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) dan Non BPJS. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain aplikasi ini adalah membuat rancangan dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) dan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman serta database MySQL.
