Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengembangan dan implementasi sebuah aplikasi berbasis website untuk pengelolaan usulan kepanitiaan kegiatan di Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mempermudah proses pengajuan dan pengelolaan usulan kepanitiaan kegiatan oleh mahasiswa dan staf di kampus. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk menyediakan platform yang efisien dan terintegrasi guna mengoptimalkan proses pengajuan, evaluasi, dan pengelolaan usulan kepanitiaan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web terkini. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan mahasiswa dan staf untuk mengajukan usulan kepanitiaan secara online, mengunggah dokumen pendukung, dan melacak status pengajuan. Selain itu, sistem ini memberikan fitur evaluasi dan persetujuan oleh pihak terkait, memungkinkan pengguna untuk berkolaborasi dalam proses pengelolaan kepanitiaan.
