Abstract

Tujuan penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi Pengajuan dan Perhitungan Uang Lembur Karyawan pada PT. Gozco Plantations Tbk Kota Palembang, dimana pengolahan data dan perhitungan uang lembur masih menggunakan aplikasi sederhana Microsoft Excel dan tidak terdatabase oleh PT Gozco Plantations Tbk Kota Palembang. Hal tersebut menyulitkan bagian human resource department dalam perhitungan uang lembur karyawan. Data yang telah direkap dan dikelola oleh Human Resource Department diberikan kepada kepala bagian setiap bulannya. Dapat disimpulkan sistem yang sedang berjalan tersebut tidak efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari 5 user yaitu admin human resource department, karyawan, kepala bagian, keuangan dan direksi. Admin human resource department dapat menambah data karyawan, mengolah data karyawan, dan membuat perhitungan lembur. Karyawan dapat menginput pengajuan lembur dan melihat uang lembur perbulan, kepala bagian melakukan konfirmasi kepada karyawan, keuangan dapat melihat dan memvalidasi laporan lembur perbulan dan direksi memvalidasi untuk proses pencarian uang lembur dan mencetak laporan lembur perbulan, aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta sistem database MySQL. Sistem ini akan menghasilkan laporan data perhitungan uang lembur yang dapat di cetak berdasarkan rentang tanggal perbulan dan perbagian divisi yang telah melakukan lembur dan menampilkan data karyawan PT Gozco Plantations Tbk Kota Palembang. Dengan dibuatnya Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat PT Gozco Plantations Tbk Kota Palembang dalam hal pengajuan dan perhitungan uang lembur.
