Abstract
Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah mempermudah pegawai dalam melakukan pengolahan data. Aplikasi pemetaan juga dapat membantu pemadam kebakaran dan penyelamatan lebih mengantisipasi wilayah yang rawan terjadi kebakaran dan penyelamatan. Data yang telah dielompokkan dapat langsung diakses melalui aplikasi dengan lebih cepat dan efisien. Metode perhitungan yang digunakan adalah Metode K-Means Clustering yang efektif dalam mengelompokkan data kebakaran dan penyelamatan berdasarkan lokasi (latitude dan longitude). K- Means Clustering mengelompokkan data menjadi kelompok yang memiliki kemiripan dalam karakteristik dan memberikan informasi mengenai zona kebakaran dan penyelamatan yang sering terjadi di Kota Palembang. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain aplikasi ini adalah membuat rancangan dengan menggunakan UML(Unified Modelling Language) yang terdiri dari 4 diagram yaitu, use case diagram, Class Diagram, sequence diagram dan activity diagram. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari beberapa form yang terbagi menjadi 3 tampilan, yaitu tampilan admin, tampilan anggota regu dan tampilan masyarakat. Aplikasi ini menghasilkan output laporan berupa informasi yang dapat dilihat oleh admin, anggota regu dan masyarakat pada maps pengelompokan wilayah yang sering terjadi kebakaran dan penyelamatan di Kota Palembang.
