Abstract

Laporan akhir yang beriudul “Aplikasi Monitoring dan Kontrol Gudang Peralatan Kesehatan Berbasis Website pada Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang”. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySql sebagai databasenya. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk memudahkan instalasi farmasi rumah sakit Islam Siti Khadijah dalam mengolah data peralatan kesehatan. Pengumpulan data untuk aplikasi ini Staff gudang, serta sebagai data pendukung lainnya digunakan juga metode studi bahwa pengolahan data peralatan kesehatan yang dilakukan belum mempunyai aplikasi khusus Maka dari itu, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Kontrol Persediaan ini dapat mempermudah serta membantu rumah sakit Islam Siti Khadijah khususnya Staff gudang dalam pengolahan data peralatan kesehatan masuk dan keluar.
