Abstract
Right of Way atau ROW adalah hak untuk melintasi properti atau jalur umum melintasi tanah, dalam hal ini ROW pipa adalah hak jalan di daerah yang dilewati pipa minyak milik Pertamina Gas dari KM 265 Tempino sampai dengan KM 03 Sungai Gerong. Laporan Akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan website pendataan Aset ROW milik PT. Pertamina Gas Central Sumatera Area dengan memanfaatkan framework CodeIgniter. Website ini dimanfaatkan untuk menyimpan dan mengelola data ROW dengan tujuan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan data ROW. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan website ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pemanfaatan UML dalam perancangan website, penggunaan mysql dalam membangun database, serta penerapan Codeigniter dan konsep MVC dalam pengembangan website. Dengan adanya website ini, manfaat yang bisa didapatkan adalah menggantikan sistem yang lama dimana dalam pendataan data aset Right of Way masih secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel, serta membantu memudahkan dalam pendataan data aset dan meminimalisir kesalahan yang terjadi.
