Abstract

PT Gembala Sriwijaya Palembang merupakan Perusahaan Swasta yang bergerak di bidang Perkebunan Karet dan Peternakan Sapi. PT Gembala Sriwijaya ini merupakan salah satu unit usaha PT. Nugra Santana yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Tujuan penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah Aplikasi Pengelolaan Arsip Digital pada PT. Gembala Sriwijaya Palembang. Tinjauan ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah pengelolaan dokumen arsip yang ada pada bagian administrasi, dimana dokumen arsip masih dicatat, didata, dan disimpan secara manual oleh bagian admin di PT. Gembala Sriwijaya Palembang. Penulis memberikan usulan sistem informasi yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan bagian administrasi PT. Gembala Sriwijaya Palembang untuk lebih mudah menyimpan atau mengelola arsip hanya di dalam aplikasi. Aplikasi ini memiliki Admin dan Petugas yang mengelola arsip, serta memiliki data riwayat unduh dokumen arsip.
