Abstract
Proses manajemen terhadap keberadaan data obat dalam sebuah Rumah Sakit menjadi sangat penting sehingga laporan dilakukan secara efektif, akurat, dan teliti serta mempertimbangkan efesiensi waktu sehingga menghasilkan suatu informasi yang tepat dan sesuai dengan data yang tersedia. Saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual tanpa ada sistem yang mendata, serta hal ini memakan waktu yang lama sehingga membuat pegawai khususnya dibagian farmasi cukup kewalahan dalam pendataan stok obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai farmasi, Memonitoring dan Mendata stok obat masuk dan obat keluar penelitian ini digunakan beberapa data data stok obat. Pada Sistem ini terdiri atas dua user yaitu pegawai farmasi berperan sebagai pengguna dan pimpinan berperan sebagai pengelola. Hasil akhir dari sistem ini tentunya mampu memantau data-data stok obat masuk dan obat keluar yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada bagian Farmasi di RS Charitas Palembang.
