Abstract

Tujuan penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah Aplikasi Monitoring dan Pengelolaan Spare Part Unit Alat Berat di PT Langgeng Daya Agrindo dengan implementasi Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) yang meliputi departemen logistik sebagai admin atau pengguna rutin aplikasi, kemudian departemen plant dan kepala logistik dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrogaman PHP, database MySQL serta framework Code Igniter. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain aplikasi ini adalah membuat perancangan dengan menggunakan use case, diagram aktivitas, class diagram dan sequence diagram. Permasalahan yang terdapat di Perusahaan yaitu terjadinya pengelolaan data spare part berulang, kesusahan departemen lain untuk melakukan permintaan spare part pada departemen logistik. Sehingga pegawai harus terlebih dahulu membuat catatan permintaan spare part yang dibutuhkan, proses dalam pembuatan laporan pun masih berantakan dan penyimpanan hasil laporan juga masih di simpan dalam tumpukan berkas. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah kegiatan monitoring dan pengelolaan spare part unit alat berat oleh departemen logistik di PT Langgeng Daya Agrindo Lahat..
