Abstract

Tujuan penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat suatu Aplikasi Informasi Jadwal Praktik Dokter dan Pendaftaran Check Up Pasien Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Prabumulih Berbasis Website, yang dimana untuk proses pendaftaran check up pasien masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan mengisi kertas formulir pendaftaran. Aplikasi ini nantinya hanya dapat di akses oleh 3 user yaitu admin, pasien, dan dokter. Admin dapat mengelola aplikasi seperti menginputkan data dokter dan data jadwal, Pasien dapat mengelola aplikasi ini seperti melihat data dokter, data jadwal dokter, melakukan pendaftaran check up, dan mencetak bukti struk pendaftaran, dan Dokter hanya dapat melihat data dokter, data jadwal, data pasien dan data laporan check up. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MySQL sebagai database, drawio sebagai desain diagramnya. Akhirnya dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah admin dan admin dalam melakukan pendaftaran check up dengan efektif dan efisien.
