Abstract
Pada Pengadilan Militer I-04 Palembang saat ini belum ada aplikasi survei indeks kepuasan berbasis website, sehingga sistem pengisian survei indeks kepuasan masih manual melalui kertas dan Google form, membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kurang efektif. Aplikasi pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan indeks kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kinerja staf IT di Pengadilan Militer I-04 Palembang dalam bertugas, berdasarkan sejauh mana masing-masing alternatif memenuhi kriteria pengambil keputusan Aplikasi yang akan dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan media penyimpanan data MySQL dimana sistem ini lebih praktis dan mengurangi banyak bahan kertas serta lebih efisien dibandingkan penyusunan Laporan Akhir ini sebagai permohonan untuk mengelola data eksternal, kriteria dan perhitungan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat serta menetapkan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kinerja pelayanan Peradilan Militer I-04 Palembang. Pengembangan program aplikasi ini, memerlukan desain sistem secara umum menggunakan Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram, Flowchart, Entity Relationship Diagram, dan Kamus Data.
