Abstract
Aplikasi stok material merupakan sebuah aplikasi pengawasan stok material yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pegawai dalam mendata stok material di CV. Devina Jaya kebijakan yang di gunakan yaitu, perusahan hanya melakukan pengadaan Material, jika Material tersebut hampir habis dan pemesana material hanya berdasarkan pemikiran saja. Pencatatan material masuk dan keluar masih manual, jika pegawai ingin meminta material harus mengisi form yang di disediakan berupa selembar kertas, kemudian di catat di Microsoft Excel. Hal ini kurang efektif dan efisien karena pegawai harus mencari data di Microsoft Excel dan mencari bukti pengambilan material berupa form permintaan material untuk melakukan rekapan barang masuk dan keluar pada akhir bulan. Oleh karena itu Penulis membuat suatu Aplikasi stok material menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) berbasis web, untuk melalukan pendataan stok material menentukan jumlah pengadaan material yang optimal, dengan menggunakan metode tersebut sehingga biaya pemesanan menjadi minimum. Metode pengembangan sistem yang di gunakan yaitu eXtreme Programming (XP) Dengan menggunakan kebijakan pengadaan material diharapkan perusahaan tidak akan kelebihan ataupun kekurangan material yang berlebihan.
