Abstract

Tujuan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi prediksi stok obat pada Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang Bari. Metode pemecahan masalah yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah Algoritma Forecasting Triple Exponential Smoothing. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain aplikasi ini adalah membuat rancangan dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang terdiri dari Use Case Diagram, Class diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari beberapa form yang terbagi menjadi 3 tampilan, yaitu tampilan Admin Farmasi, tampilan Staff Farmasi, dan Gudang. Penelitian menghasilkan output berupa hasil prediksi stok obat untuk bulan selanjutnya. Hasil prediksi akan membantu pihak farmasi dalam mengatur persediaan obat dengan lebih efisien dan menghindari pemborosan. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang Bari dalam mengelola stok obat secara lebih efektif.
