Abstract
Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah proses monitoring dan pemeliharaan kendaraan dump truck bidang Sumber Daya Air di Dinas PUPR Kota Palembang. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengurangi biaya operasional dalam membuat nota dinas dan laporan, serta dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pekerjaan. Aplikasi ini dapat melakukan perhitungan jumlah kerusakan, perbaikan dan merekapitulasi kondisi kendaraan dump truck. Aplikasi ini dapat diakses oleh supervisor supir, admin SDA, admin Sarpras, Kepala Bidang SDA dan Kepala Bidang Sarpras. Aplikasi ini menghasilkan laporan yang berbentuk form yang sudah dibuat sesuai dengan tujuan dibuatnya aplikasi.
