Abstract

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel memiliki sistem informasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) yang membantu perusahaan mengelola dan mengotomatisasi proses bisnis yang terjadi disana. Proses bisnis yang dimaksud berupa manufaktur, pengadaan barang, keuangan dan sumber daya manusia. Hal ini juga berlaku di fungsi Information Communication and Technology (ICT). Fungsi ICT menaungi manajemen penyediaan fasilitas yang berkaitan dengan IT. Akan tetapi, dalam proses menyediakan barang maupun perangkat tersebut, para staff fungsi ICT masih melakukan pencatatan serial number perangkat tersebut dengan mencatat manual. Saya membuat sebuah aplikasi pencatatan barang untuk mempermudah pekerjaan para staf ini menggunakan framework codeigniter, bahasa pemograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL.
