Abstract

Dalam era modern dan maju seperti saat ini, informasi memegang peranan penting dan dapat diakses oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat dengan mudah. Oleh karena itu, penyampaian informasi yang jelas dan menarik sangat penting dalam dunia pariwisata untuk mempromosikan destinasi-destinasi wisata baru, termasuk Danau Shuji di Kabupaten Muara Enim. Salah satu cara efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi tersebut adalah melalui media video motion graphic. Motion Graphic merupakan salah satu cabang desain, dimana dalam motion graphic terdapat elemen-elemen desain seperti bentuk, ukuran, tekstur, yang ada di dalamnya, dengan secara sengaja digerakkan atau diberi pergerakan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menciptakan video promosi menggunakan teknik motion graphic untuk destinasi wisata Danau Shuji Lembak. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan PPE (Planning, Production, Evaluation). Metode ini membantu dalam menyusun proses pengerjaan penelitian secara terstruktur dan rapi, sehingga video motion graphic yang dihasilkan dapat menyampaikan informasi dengan jelas, terstruktur, dan siap untuk dipromosikan melalui berbagai platform media.
