Abstract
PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) atau yang biasa di singkat dengan PLN ini adalah sebuah badan usaha milik negara Indonesia yang bergerak dibidang ketenaga listrikan. Tidak hanya mengelola listrik PT PLN (Persero) juga mempunyai sebuah program bantuan seperti CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) yang bertujuan untuk membantu dan memberikan kontribusi demi menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman serta masyarakat yang lebih baik, adapun permasalahannya adalah penerima bantuan CSR ini masih belum tepat sasaran, maka dari itu dibuatkanlah aplikasi ini yang bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi dalam pengambilan keputusan penerapan CSR dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Sistem ini terbagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu form untuk pengguna/pendaftar, form untuk Pegawai dan form untuk pimpinan. Adapun data yang dimasukkan dalam aplikasi ini adalah data calon penerima bantuan CSR. Metode yang digunakan dalam perhitungan algoritmanya yaitu metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan data
