Abstract
This Project focuses on developing a work management system for the offices to address several issues identified in the existing system. Currently, office work requires the supervisor to identify manually for the suitable worker, leading to inefficiency of time. Additionally, work progress can only define as ‘done’ or ‘on progress’, this could make supervising cannot be detailed. Furthermore, bad distribution of work assignment resulting ineffective worker. To address these concerns, this project aims to develop a system that could make the work management to be more efficient and effective by showing a recommendation list of suitable workers, showing the time details on the current progressing assignment, and shows a progress percentage on each work.
