Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat suatu aplikasi Survei Kepuasan Layanan Masyarakat pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, sebelumnya Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menggunakan system manual dalam pengelolahan survei kepuasan layanan masyarakat, akan tetapi pada system ini masih terdapat berbagai masalah seperti pengunjung harus datang ke kantor ke Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan untuk memberikan penilaian, berkas hasil penilian sering menumpuk, serta hilang akibat salah letak. Aplikasi ini nantinya hanya dapat diakses oleh admin, admin natinya dapat mngelola aplikasi seperti menginput, mengedit, menghapus dan mencetak laporan survei kepuasan layanan masyarakat . Aplikasi ini menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman HTML berbasis website, dan menggunakan database PHPMyAdmin, akhirnya dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini, diharapkan dpat mempermudah Admin dalam mengolah data Survei Kepuasan Layanan Masyarakat dengan efektif dan efisien.
