Abstract
PT. Tritama Niaga Berjaya, perusahaan pertambangan batubara di Sumatera Selatan, menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan armada alat berat termasuk truk, ekskavator, dan buldoser. Tantangan mencakup pengisian bahan bakar yang tak seimbang dan pengelolaan data Excel yang tidak efisien. Pengemudi kadang mengabaikan peraturan. Solusinya adalah "Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Pengisian Bahan Bakar Shift untuk Kendaraan Batubara di PT. Tritama Niaga Berjaya dengan Algoritma Genetika." Tujuannya adalah mengoptimalkan pengisian bahan bakar, jadwal shift, dan efisiensi secara keseluruhan. Algoritma Genetika digunakan dalam studi kasus untuk mengoptimalkan penjadwalan shift pengisian bahan bakar berdasarkan faktor- faktor seperti ketersediaan petugas dan waktu. Uji coba membuktikan sistem berfungsi baik. Sistem memberikan jadwal dan laporan kepada driver serta manajer. Metode genetika menghasilkan jadwal efisien berdasarkan jarak, kebutuhan, dan ketersediaan solar. Rekomendasi pengembangan termasuk pembaruan sistem secara berkala, integrasi dengan WhatsApp untuk informasi jadwal, dan penggunaan data lain seperti lalu lintas dan cuaca untuk penjadwalan yang lebih akurat.
