Abstract
Tujuan penulisan laporan ini yaitu, untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian Kelas II Palembang, mengenai sistem disposisi surat masuk dan surat keluar. Dimana prosesnya masih menggunakan sistem manual. Solusi untuk permasalahan ini, Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian Kelas II Palembang memerlukan suatu aplikasi pengelolaan data disposisi surat masuk dan surat keluar. Adapun manfaat untuk aplikasi ini yaitu untuk memudahkan karyawan dalam melakukan pendisposisian surat. Data dikumpukan berdasarkan pengamatan langsung ke perusahaan. Aplikasi Pengelolaan Data Disposisi Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan MySQL yang dapat diakses melalui website.
